TOUR PRICE: Prices are per-person, based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room. Single rooms are subject to availability at the additional cost noted on the registration form. AIR TRANSPORTATION: International flight in economy class by regularly scheduled APEX or SUPER APEX carriers based on special group airfares and restrictions. Tickets must be issued 30 days prior to departure and cannot be changed once issued. HOTELS: Tourist Class. Prices are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room. If a passenger does not have a roommate and Ideal Travel and Tours cannot provide one, or your roommate cancels before departure, the passenger will be required to pay the single supplement charge. SIGHTSEEING:Per itinerary on deluxe, air-conditioned motor coach with an English speaking, government licensed guide. The Tour Host reserves the right to alter the itinerary as necessary. TAXES & FUEL: Shown on the registration form is the total cost for international airport taxes and fuel surcharges. Note: Taxes and fuel surcharges (due to the fluctuation in oil prices) may change without notice and will be billed to the passenger. PRICE INCLUDES: International flight from the gateway departure city. Breakfast daily and 8 dinners, entrance fees to all sites noted on the itinerary, all transfers with the group, and all tips to hotel staff, guides and drivers. If you purchase a “land only” tour, you will be responsible to coordinate your arrival and departure with the group, or purchase your own hotel transfers. NOT INCLUDED: Lunches, food and beverages not on the regular hotel menu, items of a personal nature such as laundry, phone calls, room service, Passport fees, cancellation insurance (which we strongly recommend), excess baggage charges and any other items not stated as included. RESERVATIONS: A deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of registration. Full payment is required for registrations received inside 60 days from the tour departure date. Final payments are due 60 days prior to the tour departure date. Reservations that are not paid-in-full by the sixty-day deadline will be subject to cancellation, and the Tour Operator is not to be held responsible. PASSPORT: A passport valid for 6 months after the tour return date is required for travel. No visas are necessary for US citizens in Germany. For non-U.S. citizens, please contact the German Consulate for passport or visa information. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: If a passenger cancels his or her tour for any reason, there will be a cancellation fee of hundred dollars ($100) to cover administrative costs. For cancellations from 90-60 days an additional $100 is charged by the airline for a total cancellation cost of $200. For cancellations received inside 60 days of departure, the above fees plus any cancellation fees imposed by the land operator or additional fees by the airline will be charged. Airline tickets are nonrefundable after they have been issued, generally 30 days prior to departure. Ideal Travel and Tours must receive all cancellations in writing. OTHER CONDITIONS: Ideal Travel and Tours (Tour Operator) acts only as agent in the matters of tour operations and transportation. The Tour Operator is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay in transportation, providing hotel accommodations or other tour services beyond the Tour Operators control. The scheduled airline is not to be held liable for any act, omission, or event during the time a passenger is not on board their plane. The Tour Operator and host will not be responsible for flight schedule changes, mechanical problems, weather delays, government warnings, acts of God, acts of war, or other circumstances beyond the Tour Operator and Tour Host’s control. |
